Technician, business administrator or master craftsman

In Lower Saxony, certain vocational training qualifications entitle the holder to study at all types of higher education institutions, regardless of the subject area. The entitlement is not limited in time and is stipulated by law. This means, for example, that once you have completed your master craftsman's certificate, you can still study any subject you wish even after years of working life.
