Student Subject Tutors
As student subject tutors, you have the opportunity to further your pedagogical training in various workshops for tutors and, upon completion, receive the Tutor Qualification Certificate. The basic module can also be taken independently of the certificate program. It serves as the starting point for earning the certificate and is supplemented by an advanced module and a practical module.
Certificate
Our tutor certification program is based on the quality standards for tutoring programs established by the Network for Tutoring at Universities and consists of three parts. The program begins with the basic module, which teaches the fundamental skills required to work as a tutor. Building on this, participants select an advanced module that allows for in-depth exploration of specific topics. The program concludes with the practical module, in which participants reflect on and document their experiences as tutors. The certificate is awarded upon successful completion of all three modules.
A quick note: If you have not yet attended any sessions of the tutor training program, please register only for the basic module at first. The advanced modules will be available to you only after you have successfully completed the basic module.
