Tutor qualification

Student tutors support students at many stages of their academic journey. Whether helping students get started in their studies, assisting in classes and internships, or serving as peer mentors, they support learning processes, foster dialogue, and play a key role in ensuring a successful academic experience. 

Student tutors receive subject-specific training for their roles from the departments and organizational units and are supported throughout their work. The tutor training programs complement this subject-specific support with workshops on the fundamentals of teaching, communication skills, and a reflective understanding of their role.
