VW Faculty 73 _ Application deadline May 15, 2022

The application phase for the next year of the Volkswagen Group Academy's practice-oriented "Faculty 73" qualification program started on 30 March. In the two-year full-time qualification program, participants train to become junior software developers.

Our target group also includes external IT talents with a special focus on university dropouts. For this reason, we are approaching you today.

The application period runs until May 15, with the cohort starting on December 1, 2022.

Interested applicants must meet the following requirements

  • An affinity for IT and a strong interest in software development
  • Programming skills are an advantage
  • Structured thinking and an interest in logic and mathematical relationships
  • Social skills, personal responsibility and ability to concentrate
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good written and spoken German; knowledge of English is an advantage

After receipt of the application, all applicants will promptly receive a confirmation of receipt as well as access data for an online home test after completion of the application phase. Applicants with a positive test result will be invited to the selection days. Here, suitable IT talents are identified in structured interviews and an in-house test. The best applicants are selected as participants for the next year.
