As mentors, we start with the basic module, in which we work on the following points together with you:

• develop and reflect on your role as a mentor.
• work on the basics of learning psychology (neurodidactics, learning strategies, etc.) and discuss behavior that promotes learning in relation to their work
• know and practise the principle of "minimal help".
• develop and discuss rules that control the course of group dynamic processes.
• know the development phases of a group process and the connection with the TCI model.
• develop levels of communication and discuss their significance in the context of their work with students.
• learn methods for structuring, organizing and structuring conversations and practice preparing for a conversation.
• practise active listening and sending first-person messages.
• work on and practise various conflict situations in conversations.

After successfully completing the basic module, you can take one or more advanced modules of your choice and, by submitting the practical module, receive the Mentor: qualification certificate by submitting the practical module.
