Advanced module "Regulating and controlling group dynamic processes"
Objectives:
The actions of tutors in their tutorials have a decisive impact on the group of students they supervise.
How do I prepare myself properly?
What do I need to consider when working with students and how do I guide them?
What group dynamic processes take place in my tutorial and how can I control them?
What role do I need to play in the respective processes?
How do I actively shape my tutorial?
These and other questions will be addressed in the seminar. In addition, this workshop is intended to stimulate interdisciplinary and inter-institutional exchange between the participants.
The participants
- know what a group is and how group processes work.
- get to know the development phases of a group process and can link these to the well-known TCI model.
- know suitable teaching methods for the different phases of an event.
- Have tried out at least one suitable method for their own tutorial and know how to use it in the next tutorial.
- have had an intensive exchange with their colleagues on the topic.
